The ASFA Annual General Meeting details are as follows:

Date: Sunday 11th February 2018
Time: 12.00pm sharp
Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel
120 Albert Street
Auckland CBD
Room: Elliott Room 1

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available prior to the meeting in the pre-function area. Please be punctual as the meeting will begin at 12.00pm.

An entry form is available by emailing manutd@asfa.co.nz. Please complete in full and either bring to the AGM along with your $300 deposit or return to the email address above, after paying your deposit by bank transfer (ASB bank acc #: 12-3055-0185819-00). No entries will be accepted without a deposit.

To any existing teams not returning: please do us the common courtesy of informing me of your intentions so that we don't have to chase you up following your absence from the AGM - Thank you

To any team wishing to join the 'Masters Division' - If you have a team eligible to compete in this division, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can ensure this division gets its full quota of entries.

Should anyone have any business or remits they would like to table at the AGM, please forward these to manutd@asfa.co.nz at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the meeting, so that they can be added to the agenda.

Should anyone wish to join the ASFA Committee, please feel free to contact the ASFA direct - we are always keen to install 'new blood' onto the Exec!
