The Kiwi True Blues FC was founded in 2015 and comprises a base foundation as the football team of the Kiwi True Blues Rangers Supporters Club in New Zealand. The Kiwi True Blues FC concept began in 2009 when they played a charity match with their arch-rivals from across Auckland at Taharoto Park in Takapuna, a game the Kiwi True Blues FC won 3-0.

The team’s first season saw the club win the league and shield in Division 5. This was followed up last season with another title victory this time in League 1. Since then the club has played friendly matches with a variety of opponents including Lotto NRFL sides Takapuna, Ngaruawahia and Manurewa AFC.

The club membership has featured players from Australia, Brazil, England, France, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland and South Africa, plus many more besides, all of whom have been made welcome in the fabric of the wider Kiwi True Blues Rangers Supporters Club hospitality.

The Kiwi True Blues FC is coached by Coerver expert Stu Greenaway and managed by Sky Sport football commentator Gordon Watson and Rangers stalwart Jonathan Hilditch. This year the club is based out of Mount Albert-Ponsonby and holds its social functions at The Paddington Bar in Parnell. The team is sponsored by Carousel Catering from Ngaruawahia, a business run by Les and Katy Burns, both Rangers FC supporters.
