The ASFA Annual General Meeting details are as follows:
Date & Time: Sunday 11th February 2018, 12.00pm sharp
Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel, 120 Albert Street, Auckland CBD
Room: Elliott Room 1
Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available prior to the meeting in the pre-function area. Please be punctual as the meeting will begin at 12.00pm.
Teams intending to enter this year need to bring their completed entry form to the AGM, along with your $300 deposit.
Alternatively, you can return your entry form via email after paying your deposit by bank transfer.
No entries will be accepted without a deposit.

To any existing teams not returning: please let us know asap so we can offer your place to someone else.
To any team wishing to join the over 35s ‘Masters Division’ – If you have a team eligible to compete in this division, please inform me as soon as possible so that we can ensure this division gets its full quota of entries. You may have a 2-3 players aged between 30-35.
Should anyone have any business or remits they would like to table at the AGM, please forward these to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the meeting, so that they can be added to the agenda.
